1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LPAReady ("the Website", "our service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Service Description
LPAReady provides an online service to help users create Lasting Power of Attorney forms compliant with the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) requirements for England and Wales. Our forms are the official LP1F (Property & Financial Affairs) and LP1H (Health & Welfare) documents.
3. Important Disclaimers
Not Legal Advice: LPAReady is a document preparation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Our forms are templates designed to meet OPG requirements, but they do not constitute legal counsel.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that your LPA reflects your wishes. You should review all documents carefully before signing.
Registration Required: Your LPA is not legally valid until it has been signed correctly by all parties and registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
4. Pricing and Payment
Single LPA: £49 for either Property & Financial Affairs or Health & Welfare LPA.
Both LPAs: £79 for both Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare LPAs.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded your documents. If you experience technical issues preventing download, please contact support@lpaready.co.uk within 48 hours of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
The website content, design, and branding are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the purchased LPA forms for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our service or materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPAReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
8. Geographic Scope
Our LPA forms are valid only for England and Wales. They are not suitable for use in Scotland or Northern Ireland, which have different legal systems for powers of attorney.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
